Customize donation alerts and sounds

Set donation images, GIFs, messages, sounds and voices by source, then preview your OBS alert.

Three levels to check#

Turn on the Notification OBS master button, then the source profile, then Hiện popup for the selected event. Sources have tabs for YouTube, GankNow, ZyPage, Streamlabs and Wescan. The indicator before each source name reflects that profile only—not the master switch or provider connection. YouTube event types have separate settings.

Build the alert#

Choose source → event type → Giao diện / Nội dung / Ảnh & âm thanh / Giọng đọc. Pick an effect and a ready-made Bộ màu, edit visible/spoken text, then choose media. Đọc giọng local and chime volume are separate. Save after editing. Xem lại hiệu ứng only replays the design; Chạy preview exercises the queue, picture and sound.

Sequential or overlapping#

Choose Tuần tự to queue events, or Cho phép chồng for overlapping alerts. Real events and previews share the observable queue. The displayed duration controls the visual hold between entrance and exit animations; speech and linked wheel completion also affect when a queued presentation can finish.

If preview has no sound#

Check the selected event tab’s speech toggle, voice and volume. For AI Vocal, wait for its readiness state or check the install error. Then check the correct OBS profile URL and OBS mixer routing. Report the selected source, event type and approximate preview time if it still fails.

Events arrive, but no popup#

First check the master button at the top of Notification OBS. A successful preview and green source-profile indicator do not prove real alerts are enabled: previews can run while the master is off. Then check the exact event’s popup/speech controls, save, and confirm the matching OBS URL. An accepted event can still update history and timer while notifications are disabled.
