Connect OneComme to receive YouTube donations
Use a running local OneComme installation as the YouTube donation source in Aarothon.
Connect locally#
Start OneComme, connect the YouTube stream there, then select OneComme in Aarothon Sources. The default local server URL is http://localhost:11180. Save and keep OneComme running. This is the OneComme integration for YouTube monetization events.
Bridge and comment logs#
The studio uses the OneSDK bridge; the timer output can also keep the bridge active. A comment-log reader provides another path. If you use logs, ensure OneComme is actually writing them and that the configured log directory points to its comments folder. Two observations of the same supported event are deduplicated.
If events stop#
Check that OneComme is open, following the correct stream and using the same server port. Keep the Aarothon dashboard or its timer Browser Source connected for the bridge. An empty or wrong log folder cannot supply fallback events. Send a diagnostic report if the source still fails.
Keep your report ID and tell us which step behaves differently.
