Throwing Sticker: VTube Studio, VSeeFace & Warudo
Connect your avatar, set chat commands and hit regions, then adjust explosion effects and force.
1. Choose your avatar app#
Open Throwing Sticker, enable it and select your software. First get Test throw working, then enable chat or paid-event inputs. Use the status beside the test button to identify the missing connection; YouTube being connected alone does not mean the avatar/output is ready.
2. VTube Studio or VSeeFace#
For VTube Studio, load a model, enable Settings → Plugin API, then allow Subathon’s connection prompt. For VSeeFace, follow the VMC receiver instructions in Connection; keep its tracking options enabled. Add the Throwing Sticker component to OBS shared output, or use its separate Browser Source above the avatar capture. Match the OBS canvas size. Select Calibrate avatar region, align the marker once and finish.
3. Warudo#
Open Warudo with a supported model, then select Install Warudo connection in the app. Choose the model if the scene contains several. Throws and regional reactions run inside Warudo; use its Spout/capture picture and audio in OBS, not a second throwing Browser Source. No OBS hit-marker calibration is needed for this path. If props are invisible, enable Basic Properties → Render Props on the camera being captured.
4. Commands, emoji and paid stickers#
Enable the inputs you want: chat commands, chat emoji, Super Sticker or Super Chat/donations. Configure !ball, !pipe, !bomb and your own objects in Commands & objects. Ordinary chat uses its own count/cooldown rules. Paid throws use the configured price per object; Jewel gifts have a separate point conversion.
5. Explosion and force#
For each object, enable disappearance/explosion on impact and adjust explosion size, force and volume independently. !bomb starts with explosion enabled. The explosion uses its built-in sound; its volume is adjustable, not a separate sound-file picker. Test both contact and explosion on your selected avatar. Warudo reacts at the hit region and nearby joints, subject to the model’s supported rig.
6. Keep your calibration#
Saved regions and avatar layouts survive compatible updates. Recalibrate only if you move the avatar relative to the overlay or change the scene setup. Warudo’s installed connection updates with the app; use Repair connection only if the status requests it. Keep Subathon running in the tray even when the studio tab is closed.
